 SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and administration
    1. Take part in the implementation and deployment of the system
      1. Master data
      2. User management
  • Take the lead on interfaces between the TMS and the other systems in the Group (legal database, ERPs, reporting tool, payment tool…)
  1. Accounting mapping
  1. Develop processes and procedures to secure changes (including templates in compliance with KGD)
  2. Monitor the availability of the system, the workload and number of users.
  3. Monitor the costs associated to the system.
  4. Support training of this system
  • Payment platform implementation and administration
    1. Take part in the implementation and deployment of the system
      1. Master data
      2. User management
  • Work in coordination with IT to receive the right payment formats
  1. Develop and maintain proper interfaces with the other systems (ERPs, TMS…)
  1. Daily follow-up on bank connectivity (good receipt of all bank statements, administrative side of Score contracts, integration of new entities…)
  2. Monitor the availability of the system, the workload and number of users.
  3. Monitor the costs associated to the system.
  4. Support training of this system.
  • Helpdesk for National Service Centers (NSCs)
    1. Be the first point of contact for NSCs to solve issues related to treasury systems and day-to-day interfaces.
  • Support cash management team in its daily activity
    1. Contribute to the chasing of Excess and Deficit cash within the Group
    2. Contribute to the review and analysis of Group’s NWC, DSO, DPO
    3. Ad-hoc tasks on the team’s need basis

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT with a strong understanding of finance processes.
  • From 2 to 5 years’ experience in administrating finance software.
  • Strong administrative skills and process-oriented.
  • Accuracy of work, pays attention to details.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi task, autonomous.
  • Project-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
