Tax Administrative Specialist

Due to the increased complexity of compliance and documentation requirements, the management of Group tax data has become more and more relevant for today’s tax departments. These needs include, among others, the regular filing of local transfer pricing documentation, the fulfiment of cross-countries withholding tax formalities, the fulfilment of Country-by-Country Report formalities and notifications. The increased number of acquired legal entities within the Eurofins Group furthermore generates an increasing need for supervising the compliance of those tasks.

 The purpose of this position is to support the Group Service Center Tax in Brussels in the monitoring and reporting of the status of the above compliance.

As Tax Administrative Specialist, you will report to our Group Service Center Tax on the monitoring of the timely and correct compliance by all Group affiliates (around 750, located in 45 countries) of:

  • Cross-countries withholding tax formalities
  • Notifications of domestic transfer pricing documentation, including local individual files & related forms, to align to applicable legal requirements
  • Local notifications related to Country-by-Country Report formalities
  • Other tax compliance formalities, as the case may be


  • Bachelor Degree in Accouting/Tax/Legal/Economics OR proved professional experience in a similar role
  • At least 1year of experience in accountancy/legal/consulting company, ideally with some exposure to tax related matters
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented person with a team-spirit and excellent communication skills
