Hence as a part of an exciting challenge of making its Finance and other processes more efficient, harmonized and close to best in class, Eurofins is currently establishing in Katowice, Poland a near-shore Shared Service Centre (SSC) providing services to European Group Entities.

Project (Transition) Manager

and support the work of the Group Service Center

Location: Katowice

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Overall responsibility for Transition and Implementation projects - transfer of work from European Eurofins entities to SSC in Katowice combined with implementation of new ERP
  • Planning and managing transition pipeline
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and deciding on mitigation actions in risk of delay
  • Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serving as a link between SSC, Management, Group Service Centre and National Service Centre
  • Managing action/issue tracker
  • Development and continuous improvement of Group Project Methodology
  • Resource management

What we expect from You:

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in project/transition management, preferably in BPO/SSC environment or IT projects
  • Master Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • High level of energy, drive and passion to succeed
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in leading, managing and motivating people
