Project Management Officer

Location: Katowice

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assist Project Managers with project coordination and administration
  • Support and coordinate project management tasks
  • Audit projects for conformance to the project management plan
  • Assist Project Managers with planning and scheduling
  • Assist Project Managers staff with costing
  • Manage Projest Managers documentation
  • Quality control activities
  • Proposing and implementing process improvements, particularly related to data analytics and reporting
  • Assist in planning and control of logistics and time reporting
  • Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment in order to meet client expectations.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability

Your experience and skills:

  • Experience in project management office, business analysis or data analytics
  • Proven track record in building strong, trust-based relationships with diverse client/stakeholder groups
  • Strong team player
  • Have a solutions based attitude, investigative and analytical skillset
  • Master's degree required
  • English (fluent written and spoken)
  • Any additional language is an asset
