Location: Katowice

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the correct management of licenses in our software asset management tool
  • Support at building a software asset management system based on CMDB data for global license management
  • Support in reviewing and updating all SOPs (standard operation procedures) related to software purchasing, software installation, software relocation, and software uninstallation
  • Support in the licensing surveys and needs analysis as well as the software budget planning in consultation with the system responsibles
  • Manage licenses, assign licenses, and manage corporate structures in the software asset management tool
  • Regular monitoring and consulting for all common license models of well-known manufacturers (Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, Red Hat)

Your experience and skills:

  • Successfully completed B.A. or similar educational background
  • Initial experience in license management / software asset management is desirable but not a must
  • Some familiarity with license audits of various manufacturers is desirable but not a must
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of English
  • Problem solving oriented
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fast learner
