  • Organise accurate tracking and controlling of IT Infra related costs for the IT Infra NSC globally;

  • Compare the actual to budget result to determine variances from expected performance and propose action plans to optimise IT Infra cost spending;

  • Assist in determining individual project costs and business cases;

  • Maintain and improve activity drivers and cost allocation processes;

  • Coordinate IT Infra related intercompany invoicing;

  • Optimize IT Infra financial & business controlling processes & activities, in order to improve, simplify, standardize and/or automate management information, reporting and KPI’s;

  • Propose / develop new management KPI’s – including improving existing KPI’s – by conceptualizing financial / business / management insights;

  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process;

  • Project manage and/or take part in the implementation of Technology Business Management and other tools in IT Infra in order to support & automate controlling activities & reporting; Take part – or act as project manager - in business initiated improvement projects as representative of IT Infra.


  • A master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business with an excellent academic track record;

  • At least 2 years experience gained in an audit, financial analyst or controlling function. A focus on IT Infra scope is preferred;

  • Good technical / conceptual understanding of finance processes & systems;

  • Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint;

  • Experience with solutions to implement Technology Business Management (e.g., APPTIO) are advantageous;

  • Able to complete quality work on a timely basis with attention to detail;

  • Positive forward-looking mind-set with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing deadlines and take initiative;

  • Proven track record of handling confidential and sensitive information;

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organisation;

  • Team-player with strong interpersonal skills who can also work independently;

  • Multilingual: strong command of English with knowledge of other European languages (German or French are preferred).
