Overall objectives:

Given the fast growth of Eurofins’ organisation, we are looking for a HR Administration Specialist in our Group’s Shared Service Centre in Poland. The HR Administration Specialist in Poland will assist the HR Business Partner Team, located in our Group Service Centre (GSC) in Brussels, in the wide range of matters they are dealing with and more specifically in following matters:

  • Monitoring and coordination of the internal endorsement process for the hiring of Key Employees and Leaders (KEL) and preparing of the documents required in this process;
  • Assisting in drafting of contracts and contractual documents for GSC Employees and KEL Employees, where required and based on templates available;
  • Providing the members of the Group Operating Council (GOC), Senior Vice-Presidents (SVP) and Business Line Directors (BLD) as well as GSC Managers with all relevant information regarding to contracts and compensation and benefit packages for existing and potential Group Service Centre (GSC) Employees and Key Employees and Leaders (KEL);
  • Offer support in managing administrative processes for all GSC Employees working in Brussels (car fleet matters, creation of IT accounts, update of Active Directory Groups,…) and maintaining the HR Section on our Document Management System (DMS) which means that all HR relevant documents are always up to date and accessible for the internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborate on different projects and ad-hoc matters related to the Employee Lifecycle of our GSC Employees and KEL (Annual Review Process, Induction and Onboarding of New Employees, Exit procedures, Compensation and Benefits, etc…) as well as further development of HR Processes and Policies and Key Group Documents;

Required profile:

  • Analytical, structured and detail oriented person with strong numeracy, very precise. Good communication and presentation skills. Eager to learn. Positive, “hands-on” mentality. Ability to work independently
  • Master Degree, preferably in Law, with already a first professional experience; Background in (international) Employment Law and Contract law; Experience in setting up business processes and systems

  • Excellent command of Excel and Word
  • Very good English
