We are looking for:

Compliance Controller

Location: Katowice

With the support of the Group Business Controllers, you will:

  • Contribute to the compliance with the spending and contracting rules of dedicated scopes: operational divisions and/or Group Service Centres (GSC)
  • Translate management reporting into actionable information and KPIs
  • Support the coordination & implementation of Group's Finance policies & procedures

Role & Objectives: 

  • Support the coordination & implementation of Group's Finance policies & procedures
    • Take part in the implementation of Finance IT systems and tools in order to support & automate controlling activities & reporting
    • Support the implementation of key Group Finance policies and procedures
    • Track deviations from the approved budget
    • Follow up on the approval process of these deviations
    • Leading the compliance reviews on spending and contracting rules across the various businesses

Qualifications and experience required:

    • Pragmatic, proactive, flexible and adaptable

  • Education:
    • Master Degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • First working experience; 2-3 years auditing & controlling experience (experience in big 4 is a plus)
  • Language skills:
    • English (fluent written and spoken)
    • Any additional language is an asset
  • Other skills:
    • Good technical / conceptual understanding of Finance
    • Standard Microsoft office products, especially Excel
